About
We The People Think Project:"prints & postcards for the people" | Est. 2010
We The People Think Project invites budgeting (& burgeoning) art enthusiasts to join a grassroots art community they can afford. With original artwork of images like Barack Obama, Grace Jones, & Malcolm X, We The People Think Project aims to make more visible the people, philosophies, & places that are often denigrated & ignored.
Our primary medium is the postcard, for We The People Think Project envisions a civil rights movement that precedes through traditional letter writing, while engaging a current Twitter generation. However, until supplies last, we are also selling "Sweet Tees" cotton t-shirts that initiated the We The People Think Project movement in 2004.
In an effort to keep the movement moving, We The People Think Project will donate a percentage of its proceeds to BLM Greensboro in North Carolina.
You can find We The People Think Project postcards sold in The Athens-Clarke Library Gift Shop, Athens, GA; Avid Bookshop, Athens, GA; Charis Books & More, Atlanta, GA; and The National Museum of Mexican Art, Chicago, ILL.
Keep the movement moving, & don't forget to give us a shout out on Instagram @wethepeoplethinkproject.
